It can also be used without having an IWorkbenchPart e.g. for
dialogs or wizards by just providing a Shell
and an IFindReplaceTarget
.
In this case the dialog won't be shared with the one
used for the active workbench part.
This class may be instantiated; it is not intended to be subclassed.
